中文摘要：農村的現代化是中國現代化的關鍵，作爲追求中國農村現代化的主體，農民的生活狀況和健康狀況，是中國現代化進程和水平的重要標誌之1。而醫療保險和農民的生活和健康都息息相關。然而，隨着醫療衛生體制的市場化改革，農民成爲毫無保障的自費醫療羣體，健康和生活問題日益突出。農民的醫療保險問題，成爲當代中國現代化發展中不可迴避的1大難題。本文在對中國農村醫療保險制度改革現狀進行簡單描述的基礎上，指出了中國醫療保險制度存在着嚴重缺陷，分析了缺陷產生的'經濟學原因，並借鑑發達國家醫療保險制度的經驗，提出了構建有中國特色的農村醫療保險制度的基本對策。
