There’s no trick in answering this one, but it is always good to also mention that you are very interested in the industry, and after reviewing a number of options you found this certain company to be the one best suited for you. This should not take any more than 30 seconds to take care of.

This is the best question to ask, from an employer’s standpoint. It tells them about your character, as well as provides basic insight into your job performance and

potential obstacles (if any) that may arise with you in the job at hand. Make sure that you do not say critically negative things about your last company. Useful alternatives to harsh statements: you are looking for a new challenge, you want to take a different direction, you see the new environment as one that will better utilize your talents. Be big -- meaning, be enthusiastic and don’t hold anything back-- a clever way to ease into your achievements is to start out with the toughest challenge you faced in the past, how you overcame it, what the result was, and what you learned. Then pour it on. Remember: numbers speak louder than words, and your personality is bigger than numbers. Take your time here, and don’t cut yourself short (5-10 minutes)

5、What are your career goals (Short, Medium, and Long-Term)?

This question does not have to be as scary as it first may seem. Make sure that you can relate your Long Term and Medium Term goals to the scope of the work that you will be doing in the Short Term in the company. As far as Short Term goals go, they should reflect your research and understanding of the position that you are applying for.

This is not as psychologically pressing a question as many believe it to be. Actually, for most people, it’s more difficult to name three positive qualities about oneself than it is negative qualities. The trick is to make your negative qualities sound like positive qualities in disguise, and to make your positive qualities those that can be applied in a variety of different situations, under varying circumstances.
