1、面試基本注意事項
姿勢：站，腰要挺直，雙肩自然放鬆，雙手自然下垂。坐：不要癱在椅子上，擡頭挺胸，平時對方。目光穩定。不要有小動作，腿平放，手自然放在腿上。
細節：敲門、關門、握手。
談吐：千萬不能“吐痰”。自信、口齒清楚、音量、節奏、簡潔、條理、坦率
神態：自信、視線停留30—60秒、眼神、嘴巴、笑容
衣着：整潔、得體
2、英文面試題分析
英語中的問題一般分爲兩種形式：close—ended questions 和 open—ended questions
前者只需要用一、兩個詞作答，而後者則需要進一步的解釋和說明。一般來說面試當中，爲了避免談話陷入沉悶單調的氣氛當中，考官一般是要將這兩種問題有機地結合起來。考生要準確把握對方所問問題的'性質，給予其想要的回答，從而避免了對於只需要簡短回答的問題囉嗦個沒完，對於需要進一步闡釋的問題卻回答得不夠。兩種情況都會給考官留下不好的印象。
一般來說兩種問題的引導詞有比較明顯的不同，請大家注意掌握：

對於open—ended questions，在組織答案時，最好先用一句話或者一個短語將你要說的主要意思總結一下，這樣不僅可以再拖延一點時間，而且也有助於對方聽清楚你的答案，從而會比較容易留下思路清晰的好印象。

Candidate： That’s a rather difficult question。 There are two main reasons， I suppose。

請對方重複問題：

再或者：
