摘  要:務旅遊是個內涵非常豐富的旅遊範疇,包含了商務與公務差旅、會議旅遊、展覽旅遊、獎勵旅遊以及大型活動旅遊等多個層面。商務旅遊在出遊目的、採購特徵、交易方式等方面與傳統旅遊有很大區別。旅遊企業只有認真研究商務旅遊這些基本特徵,才能在業務轉型和尋求新的旅遊業務增長點的.過程中真正做到有的放矢,遊刃有餘。
