當前高等職業教育人才培養模式研究

摘要：文章從高職教育人才培養模式的內涵入手，分析了當前高等職業教育人才培養具有人才層次的'高級性、知識、能力的職業性、人才的技術性、培養手段的多樣性的特性，從專業設置、人才培養方案、教學改革與管理、過程控制與學生評價、教師隊伍建設等一系列環節着手，從高職人才培養目標出發構建高職教育人才培養模式。
