現實工作預覽在人力資源管理中的應用

摘要：現實工作預覽是企業降低新員工離職率的`有效手段。文章闡述了現實工作預覽的概念、作用機制、制約因素，並進一步探討了其在人力資源管理中的應用。指出了現實工作預覽研究的侷限性和今後的研究發展方向。

Abstract:Realistic job preview is effectively used to reduce the turnover rate of new employees by some article expounds the concept of realistic job preview,its mechanism and restricting factors,and explores its application in human resources the same time,the author indicates the limitation of realistic job preview and the trend of its future research.
