法務顧問崗位職責

1. advise on general legal issues/queries raised by various departments

2. draft and review agreements for a wide variety of documents, including but not limited to project contract, regulatory issues, commercial agreements, corporate structuring, litigation,and human resources issues

3. evaluate legal changes to regulations and compliance guidelines, and implement changes on existing procedures

4. handling governmental procedures, litigious matters where required

5. improve existing standard contracts, systems and procedures where applicable

6. provide legal training to user department where appropriate

7. support the management in the resolution of contractual/commercial issues and disputes

8. conduct internal audit on project to secure the pre-defined systems and procedures are followed

9. assist other related issues assigned.

任職要求:

1. minimum: master degree (or llb) in law major

2. minimum 5 years of post-qualification experience in legal work, either in a law firm or as an in house counsel

3. experience in mnc could be a plus

4. able to work independently and under pressure with a strong sense of urgency

5. good interpersonal skills and be able to interact with different levels in the organizations making tough things done

6. experience and knowledge of handling governmental procedures and litigious matters

7. prc legal profession certificate qualified

8. mandarin chinese as mother tongue and proficient at english

9. sound analytic and research skill

10. be a detailed, meticulous, hands-on, diligent, honest team player but in the meantime, act as a proactive, calm, resilient, perseverant advisor safeguarding core interests and bottom-line rules
