摘 要
我國古代有很多描寫3國的文學作品，例如：陳壽的《3國志》；羅貫中的《3國演義》；蘇東坡的《大江東去》；關漢卿的《單刀會》等等。在這些描寫3國事件的所有文學作品中，孫權都是個必不可少的人物。3國之1的吳國：論地域，初時僅據有會稽、吳郡、丹陽、豫章、廬陵6郡，人口稀少，土地有限；論謀臣武將，不如曹操衆多；論兵力，不過曹操的10分之1。東漢末年，孫權能夠在父兄的基業上，勢單力薄的情況下，建立了1個雄踞江東的政權，筆者認爲主要是善於用人。由於孫權能夠“唯推誠信士，不恤人我欺”。發揮衆人的長處，聽取多方面的意見，通過主觀的`努力，克服客觀上的弱點，使戰局由表面上的被動轉爲實質上的主動，從容地應付危局，從而在關鍵性的事件中發揮主導作用，形成了3足鼎立的格局，使得吳國政權存在近百年之久。探索孫權用人的藝術，筆者認爲有尊重老臣、大膽用人、不隨意誅殺臣屬這3個特點。用人之道即成功之本，探討孫權在用人方面策略和成效，以便讀者能夠更好的理解“孫權”這1人物形象。
