good morning, my name is jack, it is really a great honor to have this opportunity for a interview, i would like to answer whatever you may raise, and i hope i can make a good performance today, eventually enroll in this prestigious university in september. now i will introduce myself briefly,i am 21 years old,born in heilongjiang province ,northeast of china,and i am curruently a senior student at beijing XX major is packaging i will receive my bachelor degree after my graduation in the past 4 years,i spend most of my time on study,i have passed CET4/6 with an ease. and i have acquired basic knowledge of packaging and publishing both in theory and in practice. besides, i have attend several packaging exhibition hold in Beijing, this is our advantage study here, i have taken a tour to some big factory and company. through these i have a deeply understanding of domestic packaging industry. compared to developed countries such as us, unfortunately, although we have made extraordinary progress since 1978,our packaging industry are still underdeveloped, mess, unstable, the situation of employees in this field are awkard. but i have full confidence in a bright future if only our economy can keep the growth pace still. i guess you maybe interested in the reason itch to law, and what is my plan during graduate study life, i would like to tell you that pursue law is one of my lifelong goal,i like my major packaging and i won't give up,if i can pursue my master degree here i will combine law with my former education. i will work hard in thesefields ,patent ,trademark, copyright, on the base of my years study in department of p&p, my character? i cannot describe it well, but i know i am optimistic and confident. sometimes i prefer to stay alone, reading, listening to music, but i am not lonely, i like to chat with my classmates, almost talk everything ,my favorite pastime is valleyball,playing cards or surf online. through college life,i learn how to balance between study and entertainment. by the way, i was a actor of our amazing drama club. i had a few glorious memory on stage. that is my pride.

1、回答語速切莫過快
英文面試的第一目的是讓國外主管了解你，甚至對你感興趣，最重要的是展示你的綜合素質，絕非單單的語言能力，所以應該首先力求有條不紊、表達清晰。劍橋大學的一項調查顯示，語速快一般體現具備兩種不同特質的人，一種是思維和語言反應能力強且協調的`人，一種是處事急躁的人。語速過快容易給人不自信、不穩重的錯覺。所以最好的語速是中速平和，既讓人聽懂，又給自己以思考的時間。
2、自由討論應當直白
在英語的口語交談中，不必太拘泥於語法，大膽表達清楚自己的意思即可。用簡單直白的語言表現最具魅力的自我，纔是英文面試的至高境界。很多人恨不得在面試中用大氣磅礴的英文演講征服面試官，習慣於堆砌華麗的詞藻，其實又犯了捨本逐末的錯誤。
3、電話面試充分準備
如果採用電話面試，而且你提前知道了電話面試的時間，則可以在面試時把簡歷、cover letter放在你旁邊的桌子上，直接運用裏面的句子回答問題。一些基本的問題，你可以事先準備好答案。

四是準備好同選擇的職業和身份相吻合的行爲規範
面試時的細小行爲最能說明一個人的真實情況，所謂“於細微處見真情”。譬如一位前來應徵祕書的小姐，作爲主試官一定要想方設法令其將身隨所攜帶的包打開，因爲從中可以看出這位女孩子的條理性，一個自己包內物品都是弄得雜亂無章毫無頭緒的人，很難在工作中能十分有條理。
