     this morning i had negotiation class and the major task this familiarize us with the procedures of preparetion of business negotiation .

In the first negotiating activity ,i involved in the role of member to suggest the open-plan work area of the office my opponent would like to retain the present is everybody has his own room .

in the process of preparation , i have to admit we only consider the benefits of individuals instead of the benefit of the overall company example ,the cost ,for expasion/downsizing , what's more , in the negotiation ,we missed our priority ,as long as one point is mentioned ,we jumped to another point .

the second activity ,i played the role of Swedish representitive to negotiate with the people who present us the A-Class square to us launch activities during the visit of Goetheborg negotiation process is forming the team : CN(chief negotiator ) and the memebers ,next ,information collecting and then negotiation agenda (issue and priority) and warming up (assumption ,BATNAs,mock negotiation) last,Follow-ups and contingencies.

i suppose my priority is to attract as many people as possible ,to raise the awareness of Goetheborg the teacher said i will lose in the negotiation for i actually didn't catch the priority ,and range (maximum and minimum) said we need to focus on the what we can offer i am considering...
