1. We should be obliged if you could arrange for the immediate shipment of this order.
如果貴方能馬上安排發送這筆我方所訂貨物的話，我方會非常感激的.。
2. You should ship the goods within the time as stipulated in clause 9 of the this contract. Transshipment en route is not allowed without our consent.
貴方必須按照本合同第9款所規定的時間內發貨，未經我方同意，中途不得轉運。
3. Please lad the contracted goods on board the vessel nominated by us.
請將合同貨物裝運到我方指定的船隻上。
4. 10-15 days prior to the date of shipment, you should inform us by fax of name of vessel, ETA of vessel and the name of shipping agent.
在發貨日前10至15天，貴方應用傳真的方式我方貨船名稱、貨船預定抵達日期和貨運公司的名稱。
5. The packing list should be indicated with shipping weight, number and date of corresponding invoice.
裝箱單上應註明發貨量及相應發票的編號和日期。
6. You should send one copy of the shipping documents to the port of destination together with the shipment.
裝船同時貴方應將貨運單據副本寄送目的港。
7. When all of the details of the shipment are finished, please send us the shipping documents that we will need to get the shipment.
在將裝船的所有細節處理完之後，請將我方提貨所需的貨運提單郵寄給我們。
8. The delivery will be arranged and the shipping charges will be prepaid by you, we will repay the shipping charges against original receipt.
貨物發運將由貴方安排並預付運費，我方將會按原始發票將運費付給貴方。
9. You should guarantee that the commodity is in conformity to all respects with the quality, specifications and performance as stipulated in this contract.
貴方應保證貨物質量、規格和性能與本合同規定相符。
10 We prefer direct sailings, as transshipment adds to the risk of damage and also delays arrival to some extent.
由於轉運會增加貨物遭損的風險，在某種程度上也會延誤貨物的抵達時間，所以我方傾向直運。
