這是面試官慣用的開場白。千萬不要長篇大論背誦簡歷。你可以在這時將最突出的優點概括性地總結，並引導面試官向你早已準備好的方面發問。
What types of prospective job tasks do you enjoy the most?Which prospective job tasks do you least care to do﹖
主要考察應聘者會否對工作中的很多地方感到厭倦;另外還考察你對自己的喜好是否誠實，你是否瞭解這份工作的基本職責;你是否認識到任何職業都會包含一些枯燥無味的日常工作。
What is your greatest weakness﹖
不要把那些明顯是優點的品行當成缺點說，這種落入俗套的方式早已被面試官厭倦。可以說一些對於你應聘這個職位沒有影響的缺點，對於那些在面試中已經表現出的明顯弱點，你可以利用這個問題加以彌補，顯示你早已意識到，並且正在改進，已經取得了較大進展。
主要考察你的職業目標是否符合公司的要求;這份職業是否是你達到目的的合理選擇;你是否有繼續發展的熱情;你的野心是否和這份職業的要求相契合;你的發展潛力有多大。如果你應聘大企業，千萬不要提你想創業，如果應聘小企業，這倒是個合理的'回答。
