面試時不要掉入這些“陷阱”

一些用人單位在面試時常愛設置一些“陷阱”問題,藉以考驗求職者的應變能力、爲人作風和處世方法,求職者若不留心,就極有可能落入面試者的.圈套中,從而喪失了寶貴的錄取機會。

1、誤導陷阱

主試者早有答案,卻故意說出相反答案,若你一味討好主試者,順着主試者錯誤答案往上爬,面試結論是無主見,缺乏創新精神,自然列爲淘汰之列。

2、壓力陷阱

通常主試者正話反說,以測試應徵者在壓力下的本能反應。如“你的原單位是如此好,你卻要走,是不是在原單位混不下去只好挪個窩”,“我們單位工作競爭壓力大,你一個毛頭小夥子怎適應得了”,應試者若結結巴巴,無言以對抑或怒形於色,據理力爭,臉紅脖粗,那就掉進了主試者所設圈套。碰到此種情況,要頭腦冷靜,明白對方在“做戲”,不必與他較勁。

3、關係陷阱

不要因爲你有一定社會背景對本行業將有一定幫助就趾高氣揚,目空一切,覺得職位非你莫屬。“請神容易送神難”,關係多,用人單位投鼠忌器,擔心到時難託運你會受你牽制;或過早亮出與該公司老闆有一定關係,擺出把大幅度當作走走過場了事的無所謂態度,則極易引起主考官反感,日後又增加了同事間敵視的意識。

4、薪酬陷阱

面對用人單位提出的薪酬期望值問題,求職者常不敢貿然回答。回答低了,用人單位覺得你自信心不足,難成大器;回答高了,又覺得養不起你這條“大魚”。正確的回答是玩顧左右而言他,“打太極拳”,如巧妙回答“我想念公司會根據我的業績給予合理報酬,以體現多勞多得原則”等,將球又踢了回來。

5、保密陷阱

不要在大幅度中泄露你的創意和設計,或滔滔不絕地將原單位原本該保密的東西一股腦兒端出來,關鍵時刻應注意留一手。輕易泄露公司機密,用人單位會聯想此人今後會不會泄露我公司機密;右將你肚裏的“貨”全吐出來,那你豈不成爲公司無用之人,我要你何干?
