1、網撒得很大,但心很小

有時候我們會遇到這樣幸福的煩惱——我們的收件箱、ATS系統會被雪片般的簡歷塞爆,因爲有太多主動求職者。可是這又怪誰呢?爲了獲取更多的候選人,我們將工作描述寫得非常寬泛或者搜索條件設置得太通用,以至於獲取到的簡歷大部分是毫無關聯或毫無價值的。

寫一篇表述清晰的工作描述或設置精心構建的關鍵詞,是招聘官的必備技能。人人都可以用搜索引擎,但並不是所有人都能讓搜索引擎助他的.招聘一臂之力。

2、簡歷的8秒鐘原則

人才簡歷通常都是靜態的文字展示的,描述着一個人的經驗和專業知識。相對專業的會寫上數據和案例,更多是用比較寬泛的筆觸——它並沒有告訴你全部的故事。據說招聘官們平均在一份簡歷上花費8秒鐘的時間,如果他們認爲簡歷合適,就馬上操起電話,或者發起E-mail來,爭分奪秒——天知道這份簡歷是不是真的合適?!

如果你覺得在閱讀簡歷上浪費了太多時間,其實你可以換個思路想一下,這也是一種評估。在篩選簡歷上多花點時間,會避免你進行不必要的面試,節約更多的時間。

3、伴隨經驗而來的偏見

我們都知道,不能僅僅憑藉封面就判斷一本書的好壞。但是我們常常會憑藉簡歷就判斷一個候選人的優劣。比方說候選人最近換工作比較勤,看完之後,憑藉經驗,你可能會覺得他的穩定性不夠強,但是會不會是因爲他沒有得到合適的機會,或者是工作地點離家太遠,又或者是比較反感臨時工的角色。如果你希望篩選到合適的候選人,可能需要儘量避免預設立場。如果心存疑慮,有必要重新審視你的簡歷,並嘗試確認或消除你的疑慮。
