應試者：你好！
招聘人員：很高興見到你。能做個自我介紹嗎？
應試者：好的，當然。我叫某某某，然後介紹自己的個人情況和工作經歷。
如果你有相關工作經歷，招聘人員會具體問：
招聘人員：在哪裏工作過？
在哪個部門工作？
什麼職位？
最長連續工作多久？
做到了什麼職位？
受到過哪些嘉獎？
在工作過程中是否提出過個人的建議？
有沒有被採納？採納後有什麼樣的變化？
（主要是看在工作當中的表現，是否積極！酒店的'培養是否得到效果！是否有潛力等等。。。）
如果沒有相關的工作經歷：
招聘人員：爲什麼會選擇服務行業？
以前都做過什麼工作？
（如果沒有千萬別瞎編，招聘人員會順着你說的往下問，如果不能自圓其說。。。。。。那麼就不可能應試上了，而且給人形象會極差，不會再往下談了。）
你覺得自己適合這樣的工作嗎？
你的職業期望是什麼？
（這樣的一般有兩種人：1、剛畢業的，但不是學習酒店服務的。2、有過工作及社會經驗。第一類人招聘人員會考慮是否有可持續性狀態。第二類人招聘人員主要想問的是能否受到部門的管理和約束）
很多問題都是隨機的，所以要慎重回答。每一句話都是hr判斷的根據，話太少會被認爲無法與客人很好的溝通和交流，話多則失誤多結果就會讓此次面試失敗！
