招聘人員:很高興見到你。能做個自我介紹嗎?

應試者:好的,當然。我叫某某某,然後介紹自己的個人情況和工作經歷。

如果你有相關工作經歷,招聘人員會具體問:

招聘人員:在哪裏工作過?

在哪個部門工作?

什麼職位?

最長連續工作多久?

做到了什麼職位?

受到過哪些嘉獎?

在工作過程中是否提出過個人的建議?

有沒有被採納?採納後有什麼樣的變化?

(主要是看在工作當中的表現,是否積極!酒店的'培養是否得到效果!是否有潛力等等。。。)

如果沒有相關的工作經歷:

招聘人員:爲什麼會選擇服務行業?

以前都做過什麼工作?

(如果沒有千萬別瞎編,招聘人員會順着你說的往下問,如果不能自圓其說。。。。。。那麼就不可能應試上了,而且給人形象會極差,不會再往下談了。)

你覺得自己適合這樣的工作嗎?

你的職業期望是什麼?

(這樣的一般有兩種人:1、剛畢業的,但不是學習酒店服務的。2、有過工作及社會經驗。第一類人招聘人員會考慮是否有可持續性狀態。第二類人招聘人員主要想問的是能否受到部門的管理和約束)

很多問題都是隨機的,所以要慎重回答。每一句話都是hr判斷的根據,話太少會被認爲無法與客人很好的溝通和交流,話多則失誤多結果就會讓此次面試失敗!
