第21節：面試官的"好"與"惡"
在本書的第二章【求職準備】中，筆者提到了名企所需要的8個爲人之道和做事之理，恰恰就是面試官的期望值。
其中8個做事之理，源自英國大使館於2007年5月發佈的"招聘需求"。毫不誇張地說，掌握了這8個做事之理，你可以搞定最"苛刻"的面試官：
(1)Achievement(有效完成工作)
(2)AnalyticalThinking(善於分析)
(3)CustomerServiceOrientation(以客戶爲導向)
(4)Entrepreneurship(開拓進取)
(5)RelationshipBuildingforInfluence(建立合作雙贏的夥伴關係)
(6)HoldingPeopleAccountable(讓別人擔負起應盡的責任)
(7)Selfawareness(有自知之明)
(8)Teamworking(有團隊精神)
現在，筆者將以中英文對照的形式，一一闡述這8個"做事之道"，文中的黑體字部分，希望大家格外關注。以此爲鏡，細細反思：我是怎麼做的?我應如何改進?
1Achievement有效完成工作
Definition這個能力是什麼?Whyisitimportant這個能力爲什麼重要?
Achievement is about having the sustained energy and determination in the face of obstacles to set and meet challenging targets, incompliance with quality,time standards.有持續的精力和毅力，在面臨困難的情況下，制訂高目標，並保質保量、準時完成工作。
Only with this ability can you deliver there quired business results by over coming obstacles caused by conflicting priorities, lack of resources.當多個工作任務互相沖突的時候，當缺少支持性資源的時候，有了這個能力，才能克服困難，有效完成工作。(備註：在工作中，任務衝突、資源短缺的情況時有出現。所以，請大家注意，當你強調自己的工作能力的時候，一定要說明工作背景：是否有任務的'衝突?是否有人財物的短缺?)
第一階段
Wants to do a good job and does not give up想幹好工作，不放棄(備註：當你強調自己熱愛工作的時候，別忘了：這可是最起碼的要求啊。)第二階段
Works to goals and manages obstacles按目標工作，應付困難第三階段
Drives for improvement despite frequent obstacles雖頻遇困難，仍追求進步第四階段
Sets and meets challenging goals and seeks long termim provement制訂並完成目標，並追求長期改善最高階段
Assesses and takes risks to makes ignificant gains評估並承擔風險，以取得重大成就
