英語教師面試技巧與注意事項：
1、別拿着書本或教案。
每人20分鐘左右，有Self-introduction，有課文講解，有主題發揮，有回答問題。所以，課文講解也就10分鐘，難道背不過?有的試講人每個老師都給一份教案，剛開始有個好印象，但隨後就沒新意了。
2、寫板書時不要完全把後背轉向評委。
師範生可能注意這一點，但非師範畢業的就要注意了。寫板書時後轉最大限度是身體與黑板成90度，要隨時和評委或學生保持目光接觸。
3、板書要適中。
一般而言，試講人的板書易於偏多，最後完全是寫板書，很少說話了。板書佔的比例只是10%左右。
4、語音語調不要起伏太大。
相信大家的發音沒問題，但語調就有差別了。有一些人，yeah，ok，hmm，right，amIright等用的很多，影響了表達的流利度。
5、不要選擇偏僻的主題。
讓評委感到自己的詞彙量有限不是好事，同時也因此沒有了衡量你水平高低的標準。
6、不要說漢語，哪怕一點點。
7、板書一遍成，不擦後再寫，更不能出現拼寫錯誤。
如果要更正，要用黑板擦，不要用手擦，否則，會看起來很亂，很髒。
8、口語要流利，表達要和邏輯。不要中間停頓，不要經常重複。
9、不耍小聰明。
具體例子就不舉了。如果耍了小聰明，被發現了(一般都會被發現)，後果就是評委們一致認爲你不誠實，而沒有任何人願意和不誠實的人相處的`。
10、年齡大一些的人，要注意。
可能有教學經驗了，這是優勢，但是表達流利度、反應能力不如剛畢業的年輕人，同時也不太注意衣着了。
11、注意衣着，注意風度。
衣着要簡潔，冬季試講時也不要穿羽絨服;風度要優雅，至少作到大方。不要太張狂，即使你的水平很高，否則會讓人想到你不會安心一直待在這個單位的。
12、長相雖是天定，但是在水平相當情況下，長相好的機會肯定要多一些。這沒辦法，愛美之心，人皆有之。
大膽自信，衣着簡潔，舉止大方，口語流利，板書規範，你肯定會得高分。
面試問題：
1、你打算怎麼樣給小朋友上課? How are you going to give lessons to little kids?
A: a good lesson is based on the teacher’s fully prepared.
B: I think I am going to use all kinds of materials that are available like CD player, pictures, word cards, TV, magazines, games ects in my lessons.
C: I am going to use different teaching meathods to help children with different learning styles.
2、 你覺得教小學生跟教中學生有什麼不同? What is the difference between teaching elementary school children and the junior high school children?
A: when teaching little kids a teacher has to be more patient.
B: He/she has to use lots of songs, games, body language to help student learn forms of each lesson should be different.
C: Teaching junior high school kids is a little bit different. I can introduce some grammer. I can give them more written work and I can have more discussions with the children.
3、如何讓小學生對英文感興趣? How are you going to keep the students
interested in learning English? /如何將你的課上得有趣? How are you going to keep your lessons interesting?
A:I will try my best to use all the teaching methodologies I learned at school to reach each child. Stories, poems, riddles, jokes songs are all good for little kids. B:I will have them practice English as a whole class, group work, pair work or independent ever works out for the children I will do it. There is never one way to success.
