[摘要] 對於學習、從事和愛好音樂的人來説，樂感是及其重要的1種心理能力，本文以音樂要素中的音高、節奏、和聲、力度、速度、音色為例，介紹了樂感與音樂要素之間較全面的關係，指出在音樂活動中，樂感除包括音樂的`敏感性和感受能力，還包括理解音樂與表達音樂的能力，而這種能力並不1定是先天的，通過訓練和培養是可以提高的。文中除介紹了國內外1些優秀的鋼琴教材和樂曲外，還提出了培養樂感的有效措施和方法。
