投簡歷要結合自身條件

記者在採訪中發現,HR經理最頭疼的就是處理大量的無用簡歷,說其無用是因爲其經歷和專業與所報職位極其不符,完全是在撒大網撞運氣。楊小姐說:“我們篩選簡歷的原則是與招聘職位要求基本相符。公司對所需人才的要求反映在了對招聘職位的描述中,其實這些描述可以反映一個公司企業文化內涵的某個方面。應聘者應注意這些內容,自身條件與公司對招聘職位的要求差得太遠,就沒有必要投簡歷了,即使投遞了簡歷也是浪費雙方的時間和精力。”她總結,得到面試機會的簡歷的共同點應該是:首先自身條件與招聘職位要求基本相符;其次是既有理論知識又有實踐經驗,即有工作經驗的會優先考慮。

現在亂投簡歷這一現象已經逐漸好轉,他認爲,找自己符合的崗位要特別注意硬件條件,學歷和經驗都要符合公司要求,而對一些細節,如在大公司內擔任管理職務等要求比較細的條件也不能忽視,以免做無用功。

不同人羣側重點不同

HR關注簡歷時候,也會因爲招聘職位不同關注的側重點也不同,如果你恰好屬於其中一種人羣,就要着重注意簡歷中的相關部分了。楊小姐介紹,因爲不同的職位對人員的素質要求是不一樣的。她說:“比如對專業技術方面的管理人員,我對其知識背景、管理背景、實踐經驗等都會關注,而對於一個普通的專業技術人員我可能更多關注的是他的實踐經驗,其次是他的知識背景。有些特殊職位還會特別關注應聘者的性格特點等。”

對大學生和有經驗的人關注點也不同,大學生的成績雖然不是重點,但也是HR考查學生是否有學習能力,對工作和學習的.態度是否認真的重要依據。學歷也是考查大學生的一個關鍵,而對於實習經驗只要有就可以,不用多也不能雜,要做到適度。對於有經驗的人來說,曾經工作的公司和從事的職務,包括工作業績都是考查重點。

謹防小河溝裏翻船一頁紙簡歷受歡迎

細節反映態度,態度決定一切,一些不被注意的細節往往會直接斷送求職者的前程。趙覆成說,有些簡歷連性別和聯繫方式都沒有,這雖然是一些小的細節,但反映了求職者的認真程度和做事情的專心程度。而一些錯字和病句,雖然不是很重要,但起碼在說明求職者不夠重視的同時,也反映其文字能力不是很強。楊小姐表示有的應聘人員的簡歷對自己工作經歷的時間編排無次序,反映了應聘者在日常工作中的條理性較差和工作不夠細緻。有的簡歷中時間上出現重複或交叉,這會讓人對簡歷的真實性持懷疑態度,這些都有可能直接導致簡歷無法通過“海選”。

另外,簡單明瞭的簡歷一般來說容易通過,能讓讀到它的人感覺清楚明瞭,不復雜不麻煩。趙覆成認爲一頁紙的簡歷是HR最希望看到的,而最多再加上“英文版”達到兩頁紙。
