到了終面的'時候,一般都是企業的主管或是老總來給你面試了,那麼 如何面對公司老總面試 呢?首先,要始終保持高度的注意力、縝密的思維力、敏銳的判斷力、充沛的精力,贏的老總的認可。然後是要明確老總面試的目的,老總面試無非有三點:一是看你是否是三心兩意的人;二是看你你是否有幹勁;三是看你是否有專業能力。其次是既要淡化面試的成敗意識也要有憂患意識。不要覺得HR的面試你都通過了,老總的面試不過是一個過程而已,因此而過於自信 ,表現出輕浮與不尊重。
