【狗狗Clifford之我想爸爸了】
1. One day, Clifford misses his Dad. He runs as fast as he can to see his Dad.
2. His Dad is so happy to see Clifford again. He still thinks of Clifford as a puppy. He says, "My boy, let me teach you some skills!"
3. Clifford's Dad is a good digger. He shows Clifford how to dig a hole.
4. Clifford digs a hole. His Dad says, "It's a nice hole!" But the neighbours don't like it. Clifford has to fill the hole up.
5. Next, Clifford's father shows him how to find interesting things in trash cans.
6. Clifford has a better way. But the neighbours don't like it, either. Clifford cleans up the mess.
7. Just then, a motorcycle goes by. Clifford's Dad hates noisy motorcycles! He chases it.
8. Clifford is afraid his Dad could get hurt. Clifford runs ahead of the motorcycle. Suddenly, the motorcycle is climbing a hill. Clifford's Dad starts to rest.
9. Clifford's Dad is tired, so Clifford gives him a ride home. It is a very good visit.

就在這個時候，一輛摩托車從旁邊經過。Clifford的老爸最討厭這種吵吵鬧鬧的摩托車了!他拼命追趕它。
Clifford擔心爸爸會受傷，所以自己跑到摩托車前面去。突然，摩托車往小山坡上開去了。Clifford的爸爸終於跑不動，開始停下來休息了。
Clifford的.爸爸累壞了，於是Clifford讓老爸騎在自己背上回家了。這真是次不錯的探親經歷呀!

Tom likes to bake yummy things. One day he bakes 12 chocolate cookies.
Tom calls his friends Lulu and Moe. "Come to my house at two o’clock for a party. I have something yummy to share," says Tom.
Tom puts three plates on the table. He puts four cookies on each plate. "I like to be fair when I share," says Tom.
But Tom is hungry. He can’t wait until two o’clock. He eats up (吃光) the cookies on his plate.
Tom tries to put an equal number of cookies on four plates. But he can’t do it.
"Lulu and Moe will be mad if I am not fair." Tom thinks. So he eats up all the cookies.
Tom looks at the clock. "I must bake something yummy for my friends!" he says.
Tom has a tiny bit of (一丁點兒) flour, a tiny bit of sugar and a tiny bit of milk. He has one egg and nine blueberries (藍莓). "This is not enough to bake3 12 cookies. What will I do?" asks Tom.
Tom has a good idea. He puts everything into a little bowl. "I must hurry." Tom says. Lulu and Moe come at two o’clock.
"I baked two blueberry muffins (鬆餅) for you two," says Tom. “But that is not fair! We want to share with you!” Lulu and Moe say.
“Please don’t give me anything. It is all for you!” Tom pats his fat tummy (拍拍胖肚子). He is not hungry.
“Tom!” says Lulu. “How nice of you!” “You are a good friend,” says Moe.
“Thank you,” says Tom.
【狗狗Clifford之尋親之旅】
Hi, I'm Emily. This is my dog, Clifford. Usually, my family don't go very far for holidays. It's too hard to get Clifford on a bus or train.
This year is different. We are going to the mountains. Mommy and Daddy say it's too far for Clifford to walk.
So we let him stay with the lady next door.
Clifford feels very lonely. The next morning he sets out to find us. He sniffs his way along the road.
Nothing stops him — not even wet cement.
