請學生展示上一節課的作業，說一說自己的調查結果。
‘猜數字遊戲”，老師先限定數字範圍，如：l－10，或11—20，老師悄悄告訴一個學生一個數字，然後請其他學生猜，由該學生用“Yes．”‘No.”來回答他們猜的是否正確

老師說·“You did a good job· Do you remembe what Lingling can play？And can she play well？學生回答問題，複習課文。老師繼續問：”每個人都得了多少分？ “Sam，Amy和bugling他們籃球比得怎麼樣？讓我們來學習第二單元。
Step 3: Learn the text.
老師把本課掛圖貼在黑板上，請學生仔細觀察掛圖，說一說都看到了什麼。老師說：“The children played basketball many points did they got?Now please listen and point to the number you hear.”然後老師播放錄音，請學生聽一聽自己說的.是否正確，有哪些沒有說到並同時指出他們聽到的數字。結合練習二的問題進行提問，讓學生帶着問題認真地再聽一遍錄音。由於該環節涉及到了動詞的過去時態，老師要注意強掉動詞的變化。如：play—played ,get—got ,win—won,are—were等。老師接着放第三遍錄音，請學生打開書，聽錄音模仿跟讀。最後請學生兩人一組朗讀課文。
仿照活動四做遊戲。請學生打開書看圖片，讓他們描述每一個動作，可以用中文說。老師先做動作，如兩 手在背後接觸等，然後問學生：“Can you do like this?”請學生模仿。接着老師邊做這個動作邊說：“I can do this very you?”請學生說一說他們是否能做好這些動作。把學生分成四人一組，模仿圖中動作並相互說一說自己能做哪些動作，不能做哪些動作，哪些做得好，哪些做得不好，再問一問小組裏其他人的情況。然後請幾名學生到講臺前表演，一邊做動作，一邊描述自己做的情況。如：“I can do this.I can do it very well.”等。全班一起評選出“最佳表演獎”。
Homework: 做一個訪問調查，詢問家人或同學的個人能力並記錄下來。
個別完成：看一場比賽，評價運動員的表現並用英語談論他們的得分情況。
