外企財務面試經典問題
1. Tell me about yourself。
這是面試問題中的經典頭道“開胃菜”，主要考察求職者的個性是否符合公司的企業文化，所以回答時要儘量貼近這個公司的情況來推銷自己。比如這個公司 屬於汽車行業，那麼你就該回答：“Driving is my hobby. I really love the feeling of running on the road and I take cars as my best friends。要找到自己跟這個公司的切合點，讓面試官瞭解你適合這個環境。
2. What are your three greatest strengths?
回答這個問題時不可以只是簡單回答：“I’m really organized, punctual and get along well with others。”簡潔、精煉找到這個公司所看重的特長，是回答這個問題的關鍵。像要應聘金融行業，可以說：“I think my three strongest strengths are details-oriental, patient and cautious。”但如果應聘者是一個銷售精英，可以說：“I think my strongest strengths are aggressive, hard working and communicative。”總之，需要考慮到應聘公司及職務的需要來選擇表現自己的優勢。
3. What are your three greatest weaknesses?
老闆都願意找到一個瞭解、熱愛工作，並能夠爲公司創造價值的員工。所以不要很誠實地把自己的毛病都暴露出來，而是要有策略地選擇一些能夠爲自己加分的缺點。
4. Why are you interested in working for our company?
此問題主要考察應聘者是否瞭解這個工作，或者是否真正有興趣，所以需要圍繞整個公司的具體情況，讓面試官知道你很清楚這個公司的運營模式，以及對這 項工作非常積極。建議不要以“It seemed like a good career move。”或是“I havent been able to find anything else interesting。”爲開始。如果能有一些實際回答的話，加分會更多。應聘者可以這樣回答：“I read an article in the newspaper and was very impressed by ……”但是前提是你必須真的對這家公司作了研究，同時也要注意，不要讓面試官覺得你是爲了討好面試官而言過其實。
5. Why did you leave your last job?
跳槽的原因可能是因爲上一份工作非常糟糕，但面試並不是適合抱怨的場合，而且千萬不要對現有或是過去的僱主或同事進行這樣的.評論：“I didnt agree with the companys direction。”“I got no recognition for my work。”“My boss was totally unreasonable。”鐵芸建議，要從自身發展的角度出發來回答：“I love my last job and really learned a lot from it, but I need a new platform and bigger space to make my career successful。”總之，要讓面試官知道，以前的公司在你的眼中並非一錢不值，你是懷着感激來評價他們的。
6. If we hire you，how long will you stay with us?
老闆想知道你會不會像離開上一份工作那樣很快也離開這家公司，你可以回答：“As long as my position here allows me to learn and to advance at a pace with my abilities. ”這樣就告訴老闆，你是希望同公司一起成長，不會輕易地離開。
應聘者在英語面試的過程中，一定要多說面試官喜歡的英語短語，只有這樣，你才能夠在英語面試中脫穎而出。
如何面試外企財務?
1. "What can you tell me about yourself?" This is not an invitation to give your life history. The interviewer is looking for clues about your character, qualifications, ambitions, and motivations.
The following is a good example of a positive response. "In high school I was involved in competitive sports and I always tried to improve in each sport I participated in. As a college student, I worked in a clothing store part-time and found that I could sell things easily. The sale was important, but for me, it was even more important to make sure that the customer was satisfied. It was not long before customers came back to the store and specifically asked for me to help them. I'm very competitive and it means a lot to me to be the best."
"關於你自己，你能告訴我些什麼?"這一問題並非在請你大談你的個人歷史。僱主是在尋找有關你性格、資歷、志向和生活動力的線索。
下面是一個積極正面回答的好例子："在高中我參加各種競爭性體育活動，並一直努力提高各項運動的成績。大學期間，我曾在一家服裝店打工，我發現我能輕而易舉地將東西推銷出去。銷售固然重要，但對我來說，更重要的是要確信顧客能夠滿意。不久便有顧客返回那家服裝店點名讓我爲他們服務。我很有競爭意識，力求完美對我很重要。"
