(一定要突出自己的.優點，要有自信)
二、工作評價
A. What did your job involve?
B. What were you responsible for?
C. What do you think you gained by working in your last job?
D. What would you like to find in this job that you didn't have in your previous job?
E. What do you think of your (last) boss?
(記住不要隨意貶低你的上家)
三、爲何離職
A. Why do you want to leave your present job?
B. Why do you want to change jobs?
(一定要突出積極的原因，莫讓別人覺得你很善變)
四、爲何應聘
A. Why are you interested in working for our company?
B. Why do you want to work for this company?
C. How would you describe the position we have to offer?
D. What aspects of the position are you most / least interested in?
(要事先做好功課，對應聘公司瞭解得越詳細越好)
五、競爭優勢
A. Why should I recruit you?
B. What have you got to offer us?
C. What could you contribute to our company?
D. How could you persuade me to recruit you?
(爲何面試官要在衆人裏選擇自己，一定要有說服力)
六、工作願景
A. What type of position do you think you are suited for / would suit you?
B. How do you think you could develop the position?
C. What would be your strategy to develop the position?
D. How do your feel about your future in the profession?
(得過且過的員工沒人喜歡，有長遠眼光的人才有發展潛力)
七、薪資待遇
A. What are your salary requirements?
B. How much would you hope to earn in this position?
C. How much do you think you should be offered for this position?
D. What salary would you expect (to be offered) for this position?
E. Would you be willing to relocate/to move to another part of the country/to work abroad?
(怎麼才能在高低間找一個平衡?事先了解好同行業的薪資標準很重要)
八、結尾提問

(有技巧的提問能增加面試官對你的好感，展現你積極的態度)
