摘要：隨着網上信息的發展，在線應聘在人們生活中的應用越來越廣泛。 招聘網站爲應聘者提供了方便、快捷的應聘途徑。對招聘單位來說，招聘網站也爲他們提供了查詢、檢索應聘者信息庫的條件，使招聘工作中的人員初選工作變得輕鬆易行。此係統的開發爲應聘者及招聘公司帶來了很大的方便，使他們足不出戶就可以輕輕鬆鬆地完成求職和招聘工作。
網上招聘求職方式已經成爲了招聘求職的`1大重要手段，其招聘求職規模和招聘求職成功率已直逼傳統招聘會，有的甚至超過了傳統招聘會。通過它應聘者和招聘公司可以在網上通過Internet，突破時間和空間的限制而實現求職和公司對人才的招聘。
