[摘 要] 本文主要是以我在湘潭地區教育實習過程中,所發現的教師素質與課堂安排問題爲探討中心進行論述,力求音樂教學體現教育深化改革,全面推進素質教育的基本精神, 體現以音樂審美爲核心,實現美育,使學習內容生動有趣,豐富多彩,引導學生主動參與音樂實踐,尊重個體的'不同音樂體驗和學習方式。以便提高學生的審美能力,發展學生的創造性思維，形成良好的人文素質,爲學生終身喜愛音樂,學習音樂,享受音樂奠定良好的基礎。
