摘  要:本文詳細介紹了鋼筋矯直與定長切斷生產線的設計過程,該設計主要包括矯直,切斷,導向支架裝置等3部分的.設計。
鋼筋矯直與切斷機是鋼筋加工中不可缺少的設備之1,在設計中矯直機部分採用了滾動轉轂式矯直方案,工件單位長度經受的反覆彎曲頻數i=140次/m。切斷機採用了曲柄滑塊機構,採用行程開關和電磁鐵配合的方式實現線材的定長控制。送料機構採用送料輥和拉料輥配合,兩者以鏈傳動傳遞動力,整個生產線採用電動機提供動力。所矯直的鋼筋直徑爲8~12mm,所切鋼筋長度爲300mm~10m,每分鐘能矯直55m,因而,該系統具有切斷精度高、工作可靠性高,性價比高等特點。

Feeding adopt feed roller and Rafah Roller tie , Whichever power transmission chain drive, the entire production line used to provide electrical power. Straightening reinforced by the diameter of 8mm ~ 12mm, length of cut steel 300mm ~ 10m. Straightening per minute to 55 m ,, the system has cut high accuracy, high reliability, high performance-cost ratio and so on..
