內容提要： 日本破產法2005年經較大修改頒行，涉及包括破產程序、個人破產和破產實體法在內的諸多內容，通過先容日本破產法改革的各項內容，鑑戒和修正我國破產制度。 [Abstract]The Japanese bankruptcy code issued in 2005 for execution after a bigger revision， including the bankrupt procedure， individual bankrupt and the bankrupt substantive law and many other contents.
