Differences between Black English and Standard English
Abstract
English has become a global language. There are many varieties of English in the world. People in different areas speak different varieties of English. Black English, which was formed in the 17th century during the slave trade period, is also a variety of English. Many linguists and scholars became highly interested in Black English in the 20th century. This thesis，based on the existing research result, will discuss the differences between Black English and Standard English, including the definition, development of Black English and the differences in phonology, vocabulary and syntax between Black English and Standard English, two main varieties of English in the United States.

摘 要
英語是1種使用最廣泛的世界語言，有很多變體。不同地區的人講不同的.英語變體。形成於17世紀奴隸貿易時期的黑人英語就是英語變體中的1種。很多語言學家、學者對黑人產生了濃厚的興趣，從20世紀開始陸續有大量關於黑人英語的研究。本文在已有的研究成果基礎上，將就黑人英語與標準英語這兩種變體之間的差異展開討論，對黑人英語的定義和發展，以及黑人英語與標準英語在語音、詞彙和句法上的差異作詳細分析。
