[摘 要]體育舞蹈原稱國際標準舞，是在社交舞的'基礎上經過制度化、規範化的整理髮展而成的1種融音樂、舞蹈、造型、表演等多項藝術爲1體的綜合性舞蹈。隨着人們對體育舞蹈認識的提高，人們對它的接受程度就越高，對它的需要程度也就越來越大。很多現代人更需要通過體育舞蹈訓練來提高並塑造自我，培養審美意識，擴大社交圈子。因而，體育舞蹈進入羣衆生活，實現其社會化就有着它的可能性與必然性。

Abstract: The sports dance calls the international standard dance originally, pass on the basis of social dance institutionalizedly, standardized arrangement develops but a kind of comprehensive dance combining such multiple arts as the music , dance , model , performing ,etc. together that becomes. To the improvement of dance understanding of sports with people, the higher peoples degree of accepting to it is, the degree of requirements for it is bigger and bigger too. A lot of moderns need to train to improve and mould oneself through the sports dance even more, train aesthetic consciousness, expand the social circle. Therefore sports dance enter masses life , realize it socialize possibility and certainty to have it.
