一、不打無準備之仗
我很贊同某些教育培訓機構的老師提倡的，在考試的時候就要做好面試的準備。當然這是針對考公務員或者事業單位所說的，在整個錄取國家工作人員過程當中通常筆試成績佔50%，面試成績佔50%，而如果去公司，那麼面試的成績就直接決定應聘者的去與留，所以光考試成績好還不夠，必須做好面試的準備工作。
(一)“硬件”上的準備
首先，收集資料。以公司爲例，包括應聘單位的概況，比如其歷史發展、人員組成和組織機構，如果能夠了解的夠多，就可以總結公司發展存在的問題，並且提出自己的意見和建議，這樣會讓公司覺得你是可用之才。其次，瞭解應聘的部門和崗位，知道該部門的職責和工作內容，明確所應聘的崗位需要具備什麼樣的專業技能和素質，找出自己從事這方面工作所具有的優勢，這樣才能在衆多的求職者當中脫穎而出。記得在《職來職往》的一期節目中，選手說了一個所要應聘的職位，然後嘉賓說在中國根本就沒有這樣的一個專業崗位，鬧了一個很大的笑話。第三，針對蒐集到的資料和專業知識進行學習。對於任何人來說加強專業知識學習都是十分必要的，哪怕是臨時抱佛腳，如果對考官提出的問題不能用專業知識的角度進行回答，答非所問甚至不懂，那失敗的機率就很高。其實學習的重要性不僅體現在面試中，更體現在工作中是否能夠更好的成長起來，學習是影響一個人在單位長遠發展的重要因素。所以一個好的公司都會有自己的培訓部門或專業的培訓人員，定期、不定期地做員工的培訓。
(二)“軟件”上的準備。在自己的能力範圍之內，準備一套職業正裝，因爲無論是面試或者工作，都需要穿，還有襯衫和領帶。相比較那些穿着隨便的人來說，這能爲自己贏得很好的第一印象分。
二、細節決定成敗
面試是一個系統的工程，即使再微小的錯誤都可能導致千里之堤毀於蟻穴。所以進入面試後，要想好每一個環節，防止出現紕漏。
1.當進入面試地點後，就要時刻提醒自己已經開始面試，因爲說不定在某個角落就有一雙眼睛在盯着自己，所以不要暴露自己的不良癖好(抽菸不算)或者行爲習慣，比如哆嗦腿，往椅子上一仰。
2.觀察面試地點周圍的環境，比如樓宇文化、名人名言，這可能給自己帶來意外的收穫。
3.對待任何人要有禮貌，展現個人的素質和修養。
4.要敲門進入屋內，然後向老師鞠躬打招呼，得到就座的表示後，說謝謝落座，挪椅子要輕搬輕放，不要拖拉。
5.回答問題要注視着主考官，同時也要與其他的考官有眼神的交流，但是不要死盯着考官的眼睛看
6.回答問題要不溫不火、不急不緩，音量適中，口齒清晰，有條理、思路清晰，可以適當帶有手部動作，但是不要過大、過於誇張和不禮貌。
7.對於面試官提的問題要實事求是，知之爲知之，不知爲不知，不要漫天胡扯，對於不太確定的問題，儘量不要說，以免給考官留下不懂裝懂的印象。
8.如果要問到爲什麼會跳槽這一問題，不要回避客觀情況，比如薪金，但是主要說所應聘單位具有某些優勢，並且相信貴單位可以給自己更好的發展空間和平臺，切忌說以前的單位不好。
9.回答完問題後要說“回答完畢，謝謝”。
10.幽默、詼諧的語言可以營造良好的面試氛圍，加分項。
11.男生不要留長頭髮，長指甲和染髮，尤其是應聘國家機關或者事業單位，女生不要化濃妝，長頭髮要梳起來。
12.男女生都不要穿走起路來發出特別大聲響的皮鞋，女生衣着不要過於暴露。
13.男生要細心選擇襯衫和領帶的搭配，要有一定的着裝品味，公司會願意選擇一個能夠體現公司形象的員工。
14.面試完畢後，起身致謝離開。
三、整裝待發，再上新路
對於大多數的'人來說，誰都經歷過失敗，所以不要氣餒，這次失敗必定是下次成功的開始，而對於成功的人來說，就要做好準備接受領導和工作上的壓力了。當然創造良好的工作業績需要運用正確的工作方法，記得馬雲曾給他的員工做過一次精彩演講，最後一段話是“看看你公司裏每天最早來最晚走，一天像發條一樣忙個不停的人，他是不是工資最低的?那個每天遊手好閒，沒事就發呆的傢伙，是不是工資最高?據說還有不少公司的股票呢!”所以工作不能瞎忙，要學會聰明的懶，學會運用智慧開展工作。
在衆多的競爭者當中，具備良好的專業素質、溝通表達能力以及樹立良好的個人形象是十分重要的。所以在日常生活中就要注意積累，酒是陳釀的香，通過專業知識的學習和生活、工作經驗的積澱，帶有歷史厚重感的男人才能搏得更大的成功。
