論文摘要: 社區的發展需要多種力量的共同推動,制度環境、地域條件、組織結構、文化傳統等都構成了社區發展的變量.而組織結構是這其中的關鍵性因素,承擔着整合社區資源的功能,其結構（略）與機制的有效運作,是有效推進現代社區建（略）.解決好當前社區組織結構中存在的問題,對於城市社區建設無疑具有重大的意義. 本文以無錫市南長區金星街道為例,分析了我國目前城市社區組織結構現狀.並在結合現實社會經濟狀況以及借鑑國內外社區組織先進經驗的基礎上,探討了城市社區組織結構的發展方向,並期理論研究成果能夠應用於社區建設的實踐之中.
