It is really my honor to have this opportunity for an interview,
I hope i can make a good performance today. I'm confident that I can succeed.
Now i will introduce myself briefly
I am 26 years old,born in shandong province .
I was graduated from qingdao university. my major is i got my bachelor degree after my graduation in the year of 2003.
I spend most of my time on study,i have passed CET4/6 . and i have acquired basic knowledge of my major during my school time.
In July 2003, I began work for a small private company as a technical support engineer in QingDao use I'm capable of more responsibilities, so I decided to change my job.
And in August 2004,I left QingDao to BeiJing and worked for a foreign enterprise as a automation software test use I want to change my working environment, I'd like to find a job which is more challenging. Morover Motorola is a global company, so I feel I can gain the most from working in this kind of company ennvironment. That is the reason why I come here to compete for this position.
I think I'm a good team player and I'm a person of great honesty to others. Also I am able to work under great pressure.

Good morning. I am glad to be here for this interview. First let me introduce myself. My name is ***, 24. I come from ******,the capital of *******Province. I graduated from the ******* department of *****University in July , the past two years I have been preparing for the postgraduate examination while I have been teaching *****in NO.****middle School and I was a head-teacher of a class in junior grade all my hard work has got a result since I have a chance to be interview by you . 事先3項準備
1. 對目標公司所在地、規模、在全球的活動概況等要事先有所瞭解，包括總公司在國內設立分公司的時間、業績表現、經營規模，以及今後打算開展的業務等，若能得到業界的評價更好。如無法得到書面資料，也要設法從該公司或其他同業中獲得情報。
2. 面試時自我介紹內容應強調應徵的動機以及想應徵的崗位，因此收集好相關崗位的情報，自我介紹時才能胸有成竹，切合主題。
3. 準備好所有證書材料，譬如與專業能力相關的資格證書，或參加培訓的資料，最好和應徵職務有直接關聯，不但可證明自己在這一方面所做的努力，也表示具有這個潛能。
除了這些方面外，我們還要結合個人能力，實際環境，靈活應變，在英文介紹時將自己最優秀的一面展示出來，給人留下深刻影響，將英文介紹環節牢牢掌控在自己手中。
