I have completed my graduation in commerce from University of Manchester. I have three years working experience in the concerned field. In my current job, I have maintained good and healthy relation with the customer. I help customers in their problems and even advice them regarding settling insurance issues. I assist my company in sales and bringing new customers. I even handle other clerical jobs corresponding to my duty. Along with this I am well trained to transfer the issues that were not resolved to the concerned department so that they can take care of them. I have a good written as well as verbal communication skills that I think is very much required to assist customers.
