自從我買了《寶葫蘆的祕密》一書後，就對它非常着迷，每天總要抱着它，坐在沙發上看幾遍。仔細讀着，彷彿自己正身臨其境。沉浸在書中，連飯也不想吃了。
暑假裏，我讀了《寶葫蘆的祕密》這本書，這本書寫的是一個叫王葆的孩子聽了奶奶講的故事後，非常希望得到一個寶葫蘆，有一天他做夢到河裏去釣魚，雖然魚沒釣着，卻釣上一個寶葫蘆，從此他要什麼就有什麼，比如，他想要一個飛機模型，寶葫蘆就幫他變出來，想要輛自行車也能變出來，不會的作業也能幫他完成，寶葫蘆雖然給他帶來了不少東西，但是這些並沒有使王葆得到快樂和幸福，因為許多人都以為那些東西是偷來的，他對最親愛的爸爸也得撒謊，給他帶來了很多煩惱，最後他想把寶葫蘆扔掉。再也不要他了。
讀完這本書，我懂得了一個道理，世上沒有不勞而獲的東西，無論做什麼事情都要靠自己的努力勞動來取得，珍惜勞動成果，這樣才有意義。
