1.To provide emergency and technical support to Nortel’s customers in Great China and Asia Pacific Area. 2.Technical Assistant for customer, researching and investigating potential bugs and problem; Maximize customers’ satisfaction. 3.As the interface of oversea design and design support group to investigate and resolve design issues. 4.To assist product groups and integration team to coordinate and perform verification of software or hardware release. Assist engineering team for products installation. 5.To provide technical support for IOT (Inter Operability Test), make sure good communication with other companies. 6.As Team Leader: assign jobs to team members, arrange team members on duty, coordinate annual leaves, hold weekly meetings with team members and spreads out company’s information.
