1 良好的心態
初入職場，首先要完成從學生到職場人的身份轉變。對於剛走出象牙塔的新人來說，接受自己已經畢業，重新認識自己是件很重要的事情，由於種種原因，職場的`初體驗會和我們想象中的工作有很大差別，我們要梳理好情緒，調整好心態，我們要學着適應全新的工作環境和工作節奏。剛剛畢業工作上難免有些眼高手低，要及時調整好自己的心態，給自己時間適應和學習，浮躁是魔鬼。伸手摘星固然重要，腳踏實地纔是摘星最堅固的基石。
2 有效的溝通
對於職場新人來講，溝通絕對是必修素質之一。無論我們選擇什麼行業，從事什麼工作，首先用到的就是溝通，有溝通才會發生交流，職場最忌諱單打獨鬥，有溝通才會產生交流，我們初入職場遇到的很多問題都可以通過溝通和交流解決。如果你拒絕和他人共享信息，或者不表明自己的需求，自己需不需要同事的幫助，要求的工作又不明確，那你接下來的工作很難展開，職場是條河流的話，溝通交流好比渡你到對岸的舟。在與同事上司的日常工作中溝通中也不要忘記傾聽和理解哦。
3 主動性
不知道你剛開始工作時，會不會遇到和小編一樣的情況：不知道做什麼，不知道該怎麼做的情況。這個時候就要你充分發揮你的主動性了，主動找活做，主動問，主動學習，主動思考。遇到不懂的問題不會的事情先要主動想辦法，主動思考分析。常識性的問題要主動學習，避免萬事請教，實在是解決不了，就要主動向有經驗的同事尋求解決類似問題的方法思路。良好的工作習慣，從主動開始。
4 責任感
職場上無論你擔任什麼崗位，把責任感代入工作，你就會把這份工作做好，俗話說：世上無難事，只怕有心人。責任感就是有心、用心，職場新人要努力做工作的有心人。作爲新人，責任感就是儘自己最大的努力做好自己分內的事，這是對工作的一份承諾，一種自我約束力。凡事盡責用心，責任感是職場新人開啓光明前程的金鑰匙。
當然除了以上幾方面，初入職場的畢業生還要具備比如：勤快、熟練運用辦公軟件、踏實、謙虛等等，HR面試也會從個人簡歷 、面試細節方面觀察求職者的個人表現。
