Communication with USA customer on developement/confirmation sample details, order changes and order/packing details clarification.
Communication with factory on sample/order and business requirement,controlling the schedule and quality of samples.
And monitor factory capacity, coordinating problem solving across costing, development &
confirmation samples Dep., QA team and shipping department.
Enhance factory ability in satisfying customer’s business needs.
Skilled in major Office application software, such as Excel, Word, Outlook Express, Photoshop .
Good command on both oral and written English.
Haveing strong sense of erterprise and responsibility as well as the solving problem skills.
