聘請外教基本流程
聘請外籍人員基本流程如下
1確定人選 當前位置-首頁-服務項目-聘請外教基本流程與外籍人員溝通，確認外籍人員基本資料包括學歷，工作經驗後進行電話面試
2向省外國專家局申辦《外國專家來華工作許可》
需提供以下材料：
①聘請單位出具的《外國專家來華工作許可證申請證明》
②《外國專家來華工作許可申請表》
③個人簡歷（包括學歷、工作經歷等）
④最高學歷證書或專業資格證明材料複印件
⑤經中國駐外使、領館認證的.外國衛生醫療機構或中國政府指定的衛生檢疫部門出具的健康證明書 ⑥聘用協議或合同（省外專局領取）、合同附件
⑦護照複印件
⑧聘請單《聘請外國專家資格認可證書》複印件或該證書編號
⑨已在華工作過的外國文教專家須有原聘請單位推薦證明
3申辦簽證通知函（電）
需提供以下材料：
①《外國專家來華工作許可證》複印件
②聘請單位申辦報告
③擬聘專家護照複印件
④聘請單位營業執照複印件
⑤《外國人入境申請表》（省外辦領事處領取）
4 郵寄相關文件
將邀請函及專家專家確認件寄給擬聘外籍人員
5辦理工作簽證
擬聘外籍人員攜相關材料到我國駐外使館申辦來華工作許可
6 前往工作地點
在外籍人員辦理好工作簽證後，確認來華具體時間及航班，招聘單位安排人員接機 7入職後辦理相關手續
安排外籍人員住宿，瞭解招聘單位基本情況
外籍人員入境後24小時內向所在公安部門辦理外國人住宿登記手續
入境後15日內向外國專家局申辦《外國專家證》
入境後30日內向公安部門申辦《外國人居留證》

We’re throwing a surprise party for Xiaoming’s birthday. I hope you can come and attend it from the bottom of my heart.
