工作時一定要一絲不苟，認真仔細，一個職員在公司的大部分時間都是在工作的`，這就要求他在這段時間內一定要小心謹慎，一絲不苟，不能老是出錯， 有必要一定要檢驗自己的工作結果，以確保自己的萬無一失.工作的時候我一直保持極大的工作熱情，不僅順利完成工作任務，工作之餘還經常總結經驗教訓，不斷提高工作效率，雖然工作中我也會犯一些錯誤，受到領導批評，但我認爲這些錯誤和批評是能讓我能在以後的工作中謹慎小心，提高工作效率。在和大家工作的這段時間裏，他們嚴謹、認真的工作作風給我留下了很深刻的印象，我也從他們身上學到了很多自己缺少的東西。這次生產實習雖然說時間比較少，但是卻讓我學到了不少經驗，這對我來說是很寶貴的。
2、勤于思考
在工作崗位上一定要勤于思考，不斷改進工作方法，提高工作效率. 日常工作都會比較繁瑣，而且幾天下來也會比較枯燥，就是需要你多動腦筋，不斷地想方設法改進自己的工作方法，提高工作效率，減少工作所需時間。
3、不斷學習
要不斷的豐富自己的專業知識和專業技能。這會使你的工作更加得心應手。一個人在自己的職位上有所作爲，一定要對自己職業的專業知識有所熟悉，對自己業務所在範圍內的業務技能也要熟練掌握，這樣纔算是一位合格的技術人員。
