面試的第一步，一般都是做一個一分鐘的自我介紹，根據公司不同，有時候也會要求做一分半鐘、三分鐘、五分鐘的自我介紹;外企或與外語(課程)關聯度較大的公司會要求做英語(課程)自我介紹。 不少面試者不太重視自我介紹部分，除了像調查戶口似地“彙報”一下自己的姓名、專業、畢業院校/曾經的工作單位之外，就再也說不出什麼能吸引面試官的內容了。其實，面試官需要知道的恰恰是你沒有說出來的那些信息，畢竟能從簡歷上看到的內容，面試官都已經知道了。你要說的應該是簡歷中沒有寫出來或者沒有具體寫的事情。

第一步：認識自己。

用有趣的方式講一個能體現個人特點的故事。僱主想要聽的是你取得的成績，個性化的故事能幫助你脫穎而出。個人故事的時間最好控制在20秒內。講故事是讓你區別於其他求職者的好方法，故事的主題最好就是你在第一步中確定的自己的優勢。但你的故事必須要和應聘公司的企業文化、應聘的.職位相關，這就是所謂的投其所好。你還要在故事中再一次突出你的強項：領導能力、溝通能力、學習能力、開拓能力等等。記住，你的故事一定是你最想讓面試官記住的內容，一定是對應聘公司有利的事情，一定是你最得意的成績。
第三步：事先演練
Practice your speech with a timer to makesure it is less than a minute. Read it to family and friends and solicitsuggestions. Record and review your speech using a video camera. Pay attentionto your mannerisms and projection of your voice. Smile and speak clearly.

Now i will introduce myself briefly
I am 26 years old,born in shandong province .
I was graduated from qingdao university. my major is i got my bachelor degree after my graduation in the year of 2003.
I spend most of my time on study,i have passed CET4/6 . and i have acquired basic knowledge of my major during my school time.
In July 2013, I begin work for a small private company as a technical support engineer in QingDao use I’m capable of more responsibilities, so I decided to change my job.
And in August 2004,I left QingDao to BeiJing and worked for a foreign enterprise as a automation software test use I want to change my working environment, I’d like to find a job which is more challenging. Morover Motorola is a global company, so I feel I can gain the most from working in this kind of company ennvironment. That is the reason why I come here to compete for this position.
I think I’m a good team player and I’m a person of great honesty to others. Also I am able to work under great pressure.
