在進行自我介紹時，首先要交代基本情況，如年齡、故鄉和學歷。
My name is Lily and I am 26 years old. I come from Liaoning, and I have just got my master degree from XX University. I have been studying psychology for 6 years and I think it is fun.
譯文：我叫莉莉，今年26歲。我來自遼寧，剛從XXX大學獲得碩士學位。我學習心理學已經有六個年頭，我覺得非常有意思。
如果是做正規的筆頭自我介紹，要記得少用縮略符號“'”，例如I am 26 years old不要寫成I'm 26 years old. 因爲沒有縮略的.文字顯得更加正式。
面試官可以看到你在簡歷上提供的信息，但是對於你的性格特點卻不見得熟悉。簡單說一說自己的性格和業餘生活，有助於讓面試官覺得你適合整個公司的氛圍。
I am open——minded, quick in thought and fond of history. In my spare time, I have broad interests like reading books, especially books related to historical events.

最後可以主動介紹一下自己的長處，提升面試官對你的印象。
I feel that my strongest asset is my ability to stick to things to get them done. I feel a real sense of accomplishment when I finish a job that turns out just as I’d planned. I’ve set some high goals for myself. For example, I want to graduate with highest distinction. And even though I had a slow start in my freshman year, I made up for it by doing an honor’s thesis.
