1. What can you tell me about yourself? (關於你自己，你能告訴我些什麼?)
這個問題是90%以上的公司都會問的問題。在口語回答這個問題的時候，您沒有必要將您簡歷上的從小學到大學等等一系列事蹟，只需要依據您面試的公司和職位需求結合自己的特色，簡要而清晰的回答您的性格、資歷、以及奮鬥目標等信息點。
2. What is your greatest strength/weakness? (你最突出的優點/缺點是什麼?)
這個問題看似簡單，其實暗藏着很大的玄機。面試官希望憑藉這個問題來測試您的性格適不適合這個工作，和您的臨時反映夢裏。如果您真的很開心的隨意來拼湊幾個英語單詞回答您平時的性格優缺點，那麼，親，小心了。在這裏性格優缺點確實需要您很巧妙的圍繞工作內容，工作要求來，或者更大衆化一點的積極向上，促進事物發展的性格優缺點。
3. What would you like to be doing five years after graduation? (在畢業以後5年內你想做些什麼?)
有些公司喜歡問這個問題來檢驗您是否是一個有計劃，有野心的人，當然最基本的是考驗您是否清楚您實際上勝任什麼工作。當您口語回答這個問題的時候，可以事先打探這個工作5年內的`工作方向和內容，從這一方面回答。也可以很巧妙的採用這樣回答：“我希望能在我的職位上盡力做好工作，由於在同一領域工作的許多人都被提爲區域負責人，所以我亦有此打算。”
