Ans.420 IBM藍色之路實習經驗總結--筆試 IBM的IPAT筆試比較簡單，就是考英語和數學邏輯，雖然是IBM自己出的題，但是，多找上網上類似的題聯繫一下把握好時間是沒有問題的。 筆試的篩選比例大約是， 本帖隱藏的`內容需要回復纔可以瀏覽篩一半進筆試，筆試篩一半進初次面試，這些宣講會或hr都會講。 切記：筆試時不要超時太多，如果你要是趕上那個hr管的嚴的那場會當衆收走你的卷子（我當時在北郵考的那場有個hr那是相當的），不過大部分hr還是比較給面子的，會提醒幾句，但是如果你超時太多的話，那可能會直接記下你的考號，記作作弊。 tips： 1、想霸王考得話，不是不可以，我同學就去霸王考了，最好帶着你優秀的簡歷。不過一般hr會讓你在外面等很久，等考到最後一場，hr纔會讓你進去，因爲畢竟很多人不去考，考場很空，當時我考的時候周圍全都是空座位。 2、帶塊表計時 3、帶上計算器，雖然會不讓用，但以防萬一。 |
