摘 要
祕書的參謀作用是祕書工作的基本職能,但在現代領導活動中,人們對這1職能並未予以充分的認知與肯定,隨着現代領導活動的日趨複雜。祕書參謀助手職能的充分發揮,直接影響着祕書工作服務的層次與領域。因此,本課題針對祕書參謀職能的特點、作用及發揮參謀職能的技巧等做出了較清楚、全面的'闡述，有助於更清晰、正確的認識祕書的參謀職能，具有相當的現實意義。

ABSTRACT
The secretarial staff officer function is a basic working talent in secretary work, but in modern led activity, people did not give the sufficient perception and affirmative to this working, leading along with modern activity gradually complicated.
